Protection of Cultural Heritage at the time of the Artificial Intelligence. 18-20 December 2025 Venice (Italy)
A seminar on the Protection of Cultural Heritage at the Time of the AI. The role of the Humanitarian Cooperation will take place in Venice (Italy) from December 18 through 20.
This initiative is promoted by the ‘Fondazione Venezia Ricerca per la Pace’ (VeRiPa) with the institutional backstopping from the Municipality of Venice and the participation of SSH and STEM specialists, scholars and experts from several universities, research centres, NGOs and foundations.
The activity will involve a multidisciplinary working group that will explore several aspects connected with the use of AI and the Humanitarian cooperation in the protection of both cultural heritage and cultural identities/differences in the event of armed conflict and in other critical emergency situations.
