The European Commission DG Research and Innovation is organizing a full day event with policy makers, stakeholders and researchers and innovators
to discuss the latest developments on cultural heritage at risk:
– How to increase disaster resilience of cultural heritage sites facing natural hazards and extreme climate-related events?
– What innovative solutions to prevent other types of risks and mitigate environmental, economic and social impacts?
– What are the most recent findings from EU research and innovation projects?
– Are you interested to take part in the open debate and to join the community of innovators on cultural heritage?
Morning session:
Policy seminar with speakers from the European Commission, UNESCO, NGOs and Europa Nostra
Afternoon session:
Workshop on research and innovation themes. Presentations from EU R&I funded projects
The event will be held at Karel van Miert Auditorium, MADOU Building 1
