COMMUNICATION ON PRIVACY POLICY (under provisions of the Italian Law  “Codice inMateria di Protezione dei dati Personali” D.Lgs no. 196/2007)

As a result, the World Association for the protection of Cultural Heritage in times of armed conflicts will treat. Your data according to the principles of security, transparency, confidentiality and reservedness ruled by the Law to protect both Your privacy and Your rights.

Therefore, based on article 13 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003 we provide you with the following information:

1. Personal data that You provided are treated to comply with the operations concerned with the management of members related Associative activities' and, based on Your consent, to perform the information activities on the services generated and / or managed by the World Association for the protection of Cultural Heritage in times of armed conflicts.

2.     The treatment will be done via manual and informatics means. Your personal data could be known by some of the Association personnel that are nominated Responsible or Assigned, as well as from third parties that will eventually be endorsed Responsibility for the data treatment.

Your personal data will not be made object of dissemination. Under the provision of art. 7 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003 You may exercise Your rights towards the responsible for the treatment at any time.
